Questions, bug reports, or trouble with your account — here's how to reach us and a few common answers before you do.
Email us directly, or use Settings → Send Feedback or Report a Bug inside the app, which includes your app and iOS version so we can help faster.
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. We'll email a 6-digit code to confirm it's you, then let you set a new one. If you originally signed up with Google or Facebook, there's no password to reset — use that same sign-in button instead.
Go to Settings → Delete Account inside the app and confirm. This permanently removes your account, watchlist, watched episodes, and ratings, and can't be undone. If an Apple subscription is still active on the account, cancel it first through your Apple ID subscription settings — deleting the app account doesn't cancel Apple billing, since they're separate systems.
If you'd rather not use the app to do it, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, not by us. On your device, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel.
Show and episode data comes from TVmaze, a third-party database. If a title, air date, or artwork looks off, it's usually accurate to what TVmaze has on file. Let us know anyway — sometimes there's a real app-side bug behind what looks like a data issue.
